• Delivery offered by door to door courier for R120 or postnet to postnet for R99. Delivery will take approximately 10 – 15 working days (weekends and public holidays are excluded).
  • All orders will be processed after payment is cleared.
  • During peak times such as during Festive seasons or during sales delivery may take maximum time.
  • In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. We will then send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or you may ask for a credit or refund.
  • FunQy takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package be returned – the customer can opt for a refund less the delivery fee for can pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery.
  • Deliveries are processed and go out on week days (Monday through to Friday), not including public holidays.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  • In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.


How does it work?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused.
  • Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed.
  • All items must be returned in its original packaging. We will deduct a 10% handling fee from your refund if items are not in its original packaging.
  • Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
  • The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the return item/s back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
  • If you choose a credit, you will receive an email with a discount code which you can then use with your next purchase.
  • If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your discount code emailed to you.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
  • Parcels can be sent back to us via courier to 950 Mandaten Turn, Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort,1724 or you can send the parcel via postnet to postnet to postnet Radiokop (attention: Louise Saunders 072 293 7723).
  • Very important: if FunQy is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size as ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by FunQy.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once we received the parcel and confirmed that it meets the conditions, your request will be processed.
  • If you chose a store credit, a discount code will be emailed to you. Refunds will be done via original method of payment, within 5 working days.
